We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, and payment details — when you create an account or use our services. We also collect call recordings, transcripts, and usage data generated through the platform.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send service-related communications, and generate analytics. Call data is processed by AI models to generate transcripts, tickets, and insights. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data is stored on enterprise-grade managed cloud infrastructure in the United Kingdom. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Call recordings are stored in isolated object storage with presigned URLs that expire after a configurable period.
Tenant data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to the retention policy you configure (default: 90 days). After account deletion, all data is purged within 30 days.
We use the following third-party services: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Groq (AI model providers); Deepgram (speech recognition); Cartesia and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech); LiveKit (WebRTC infrastructure); Paystack (payment processing); and a managed cloud infrastructure provider hosting our application and data in the United Kingdom. Each processes data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and applicable data protection frameworks.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@expediotechnologies.com. We will respond within 30 days.
We use a small set of cookies and similar browser storage to keep the product working: essential authentication cookies (so you stay signed in to the dashboard), a theme preference (so the site remembers light or dark mode), and a cookie-consent flag (so we don't show you the consent banner on every visit). We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
