We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, company name, and payment details — when you create an account or use our services. We also collect call recordings, transcripts, and usage data generated through the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send service-related communications, and generate analytics. Call data is processed by AI models to generate transcripts, tickets, and insights. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on servers located within the EU/EEA. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Call recordings are stored in isolated object storage with presigned URLs that expire after a configurable period.

4. Data Retention

Tenant data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to the retention policy you configure (default: 90 days). After account deletion, all data is purged within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services: OpenAI (AI processing), LiveKit (WebRTC infrastructure), Stripe (payment processing), and DigitalOcean (cloud infrastructure). Each processes data in accordance with their respective privacy policies and GDPR compliance frameworks.
