By accessing or using Expedio Technologies services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Expedio provides AI-powered voice agent infrastructure, call data records, analytics, and related services on a subscription basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and credentials. You agree not to share access credentials or use the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.
You must not use our platform to make unsolicited calls (spam), violate applicable telecom regulations, record calls without required consent, or transmit malicious content. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Unpaid accounts may be suspended after 14 days.
You retain ownership of all data you submit to the platform, including call recordings, transcripts, and contact information. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to process this data to provide the service.
Expedio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
